At Casa de Héroes, we love helping guests - and especially those who want to know more about us. This section answers all your questions, and if yours isn't covered (which we doubt), feel free to write to us.

Reservations
How is payment handled?
A 50% deposit is charged to the card you use to book, and the remaining balance is charged one day before arrival. We do not accept cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
For flexible bookings, you can modify or cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival - just email andres.silva@casadeheroes.com. Changes or cancellations are not accepted by phone.
What does "private full bathroom" mean?
It means each room includes its own shower, sink, and toilet - right inside the room, no hallway needed. Some things are better kept private.
I don't have space in my bag for a towel...
Don't worry - you'll find towels in every room (plus a few extras). And leave some space for that full-size Colombian souvenir you might fall in love with.
How late can I check-in?
You're welcome to drop off your bags at 12:00PM. Rooms and common areas are usually ready by 3:00 PM, depending on how messy the previous guests left things.

Is there a kitchen?
Yes - we have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker... chef's hat and apron are up to you!
¿Pet friendly?
We love pets, but for now they cannot stay overnight at Casa de Héroes
Can you come and go at any time?
Absolutely! Parental curfew is a thing of the past. The QR access system lets you and your group leave and return whenever you like. Enjoy your trip with total freedom.
How many beds are there?
Casa de Héroes has a total of 10 beds - 6 double and 4 singles
Can I rent individual rooms?
We rent the entire house - you'll have to look elsewhere if you just need a single room.
Events
Can the space be rented for private events?
Definitely. If you want to host an activity or celebration at CH, email andres.silva@casadeheroes.com for options.
Can it be rented for photo/video shoots?
Of course! Casa de Héroes is a versatile, eclectic space fully open to being used as a set for photography and video. Just send us an email and we'll coordinate.
